The Pandemic - Surviving Worry & Anxiety: Women's Group
This is a 4-week psychoeducational/process group designed to give women tools to help guide them through surviving worry and anxiety during these uncertain times. This group will focus on exploring the constructs of worry and anxiety, provide tools to help cope with the negative effects of worry and anxiety, and allow for space that promotes collective healing.
The "Happiness" Club for Women
Research tells us that experiencing positive emotions helps us to build our inner strength and resiliency, in addition to making us more creative, helping us with our focus and attention, and supplying us with more positive well-being. Research also gives us the tools to help us experience more positive emotions. This group will focus on exploring those tools and provide methods of using these tools in our daily lives.
